To Reserve Your Spot:
Please make your reservations early to secure your spot in paradise! Our
prices don’t include airfare, so please confirm availability of a flight before
you reserve with us, although we don’t require an airline reservation to
reserve. A $500 deposit reserves your spot and the remaining amount is
due 30 days prior to your arrival. Once we receive your deposit we will send
you more information regarding our retreat! We accept paypal payments
which will include a 3% processing fee.

Traveling to Paradise:
You should book your flight to and from Kahului Airport, Maui, HI (OGG). The
first day of our retreat is your arrival day and the last day is your departure
day. We ask you to arrive by 2pm Maui Time on the arrival date and depart
after 12 noon on our departure date in order to enjoy all our offered activities.
Ground Transportation by shuttle will be provided to and from the airport
between the hours of 9am-4pm, on the first/last day of the retreat (to/from
Lahaina only). If you miss your shuttle for any reason, you will have to
provide and pay for your ground transportation.
Cancellation Policy:
Please don’t cancel! Seriously, though…we regret that we cannot offer
refunds or credits. If you arrive late or must leave early there is no partial
refund. If you cancel your reservation completely, you will be charged a 50%
cancellation fee from payments we have received. The remaining balance
will be applied to another Liquid Yoga retreat within a year of the start of your
cancellation. We apologize that we cannot make exceptions to the policy for
any reason, including personal injuries, emergencies or weather. We
suggest that you buy travel protection insurance through a travel agent.
Travel protection is used for any unexpected additional travel expenses that
may occur before, during or after your trip such as cancellation fees or trip
interruption. If WE must cancel the retreat, all payments received will be
refunded in full. Liquid Yoga is not held responsible for expenses you make
in preparation for any canceled trips due to a Liquid Yoga retreat being
canceled, such as airline ticket, car rental, loss of work, etc. Liquid Yoga
guests must provide a signed "Release of Liability and Assumption of All
Risks" form prior to their departure. We will e-mail this form to you.
