Liquid Yoga provides yoga instruction in Santa Barbara, California.
Barbara Won, founder of liquid yoga, received her teaching
certification from Leeann Carey of Planet Yoga in Hermosa Beach,
CA. She believes that yoga can help people achieve a sense of
balance in their lives and employs an understated, relaxed and
creative approach in teaching her students which allows students
to discover their own yoga. Barbara teaches those new to yoga,
beginning, and beginning-intermediate students.
She will help you customize a practice that suits your life.
